Bai Kamara Jr. - The Urban Gipsy News - Email Update

Howdy!

Every time a bit late... but still with some exciting news!

First of all, next week, as you might have seen all over town,
it's time for a big party in the Athonor studio again.
A big gig in Brussels, like last year, with the
Bai Kamara Jr. Quartet... for all you party goers.

That's right, it's time again for the annual

Family Groove affair (Part III)

Featuring Thierry Rombaux, Bai Kamara Jr,
Eric Moens and Christoph Hofbauer
in the Bai Kamara Jr. Quartet,

Special Guest (opening act): Steve Jones

... and for the afterparty:
DJ Dan (ex-fool moon) + Special Guests from the UK
It promises to be a soulfull funky night...
in the Urban sense of course.

Radio 21 will be promoting the concert on the radio,
so listen and try to get a hold of the free tickets...
or... if you want to be sure, buy them in advance (7.50 EUR)
by sending an email to
mail@baikamara.com
or call
0475 36 37 08
to make your reservations!

Friday, April 4th at 10pm

This Saturday afternoon, it's the last concert of Valve in the Archiduc in Brussels.
The day after the Living Room Trio will be opening up for Habib Koité in Roeselare.
Read all about it on our website's concertpages...

and ... to be definitely on time:
Bai will be performing together with Virus B-23 at the Boogie Town Festival
on Saturday May 3rd
in Court St. Étienne .

Virus B-23 is the new band of ex-El Fish' Steven de Bruyn
with harmonica, bass, drums and horns.
An interesting base to combine with Bai's music.

Other bands booked for the festival are:
Slick 57, Bobby Bare JR, Little Victor, Jesus Volt,
The Ugly Buggy Boys, Bai Kamara Jr. & Virus B23, Red,
Michael Katon and the Golden Earring

You should hear much more about that in the press as well...
on the Boogie Town site (once it's up)
and we'll try to give an update nicely in time
(preferably on our site)

To finish: all this and more should be readible on Bai's site as well.
The site just moved to a new server, so if you experience any problems viewing the contence
or by clicking the links, please let us know, so we can fix it all. For website problems, send an email to magicmask@baikamara.com

I guess we'll leave it with that for now...
Hope to see you at one of the concerts!
